    1. Pallet or Skid, material is fumigated wooden for cargo weight more than 20 KG, able to provide customized pallet based on cargo size.
    2. Carton Box, material is made of a thick paper for cargo weight less than 20 KG.
    3. Pallet & Carton Box: For General cargo that request packing by carton box and place them into the pallet
    4. 4G UN Boxes: UN Certified Cardboard Boxes are specially designed to be certified to UN standards for Dangerous Goods transportation.
    5. Wooden Case: Packing cases are solid on all sides surrounding with timber cladding and is fully secure. There are no gaps or spaces visible to see the case inside. Able to customized size, material is fumigated wooden.
    6. Wooden Crate: Packing crates, have slatted sides, leaving the contents fully visible. Crates are a good choice when facilitating customs inspections and reducing the need for repackaging after inspected. Able to customized size, material is fumigated wooden.

    Dry container: a standard shipping accommodates dry, non-temperature-sensitive shipments.
    Flat Rack Container: A flat rack container has no top and only two sides for heavy loads to be set the rack from above or the side.
    Open Top Container: This container type is a Dry Storage type without the top. This allows for easy loading of bulk cargo or Overheight Frames as the cargo might protrude from the top of the container.
    Reefer container: A refrigerated container or reefer use for the temperature-sensitive cargo transportation, perishable substances such as fruits and vegetables over long distances. Refrigerated containers are capable of controlling temperature ranging from -65 °C up to 40 °C.

Incoterms Explained and Who is Responsible for Shipment Payment

1) Freight Collect : All charges are paid by consignee/buyer.

  • Ex Works Incoterms (EXW): Shipper/Seller prepares goods at agreed place of business (factory, offices and warehouse).
  • Free On Board Incoterms (FOB): The seller delivers goods onto the vessel at the port of shipment. The seller clears the goods for export.
  • Free Carrier Incoterms (FCA): The seller delivers goods and clear for export at the place. The buyer takes risks and costs of loss or damage to the goods from the point onwards.

2) Freight Prepaid: Shipper/seller pay for the delivery.

  • Cost Insurance & Freight Incoterms (CIF): CIF The seller delivers goods onto the vessel and pays from freight costs of goods to the port of destination. After the goods arrive at the port of destination, the risks transfer to the buyer to takes cost afterwards from the seller.
  • Carriage And Insurance Paid To Incoterms (CIP): The seller is responsible for goods delivery to the destination and costs for export and import clearance, fees, duties and taxes, but not obligated to insure the goods for pre-carriage. The buyer takes risk and costs after goods are unloaded at the destination.

  • Delivered Duty Unpaid Incoterms (DDU): The seller is responsible for goods delivery to destination and costs of transportation fee and import clearance. The buyer takes costs for import duties.
    Note: Free House Delivery (All charges are paid by shipper/seller, Duty & Tax paid by consignee)
  • Delivered At Place Incoterms (DAP): The seller is responsible for all payment of duties, taxes & customs fees. This term will be void if the seller does not hold the import license.
