Job Description

1. Coordinate with external service providers to maintain and implement cloud platform, network, and IT infrastructure.

2. Configure, improve, monitoring and troubleshoot cloud platform, network, and IT infrastructure

3. Manage the team and coach the team as well.

4. Make document proposals, reports, presentations, and record that related to work responsibilities.

5.1 Active Directory, AAD, AAD Connect

5.2 VMWare, Container

5.3 CISCO Network hardware, software and CISCO command line.

5.4 Veeam and Back Exec

5.5 Firewall esp. FortiGate, Forti Analyzer Cloud

5.6 VPN, DNS, SSL and NS management

5.7 Antivirus Endpoint Protection

5.8 Server Windows, Linux

5.9 Microsoft Office 365

5.10 Backup and restore Server, Database, Cloud

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree relate in IT major

- 5 years up for infrastructure management experience

- Proficiency in Active Directory, network, Firewall

- Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skill; ability to foresee and analyze infrastructure risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.

- Must have excellent communication skills and strong management skills

- Have private car and able to drive in other branch when have issues

- Good communication skill in English (Write, Read, Speak)

JAPANESE SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description

- Identify and target potential customer to generate new business opportunities

- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service recommendations

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals.

- Discussion terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements with customers

- Close sales deals with concern team target and company condition

- Report on sales activities, sales pipeline, and progress towards sales targets (weekly or monthly)

- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to sales planning and budgeting

- Keep check and update with industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities

- Explore market situation and competitors then advise customer for the best way to save cost

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

- Male or Female- Age 26-33

- 2-5 years of working as a Sales Representative / Sales executive

- Experience in Freight forwarder

- Good command in English

- Hard-working and ability to work under pressure

- Presentable, out-going, active, target oriented, and service minded

- Strong in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Good or expert in Computer literacy: MS Words, Excel, and Power Point

- Be able to work 6 days / week (Saturday 08.30-12.00) *during probation*
